"Doug is the lead pastor" - a short biography written by Doug. As Co-Lead pastor, Doug provides vision and direction for the church, teaches regularly, and cares for the spiritual growth of the community. He guides the staff and leaders, helping ensure the church stays rooted in its mission and values.

Kyle has been on staff since 2014. Enjoys reading,  podcasts,  fitness and coffee. As executive pastor, Kyle helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, supports ministry leaders, and makes sure the vision of the church is carried out in practical and sustainable ways. He provides leadership behind the scenes so that the whole team can thrive.

Loralie has been serving along side Doug since 1995. As connections pastor, Loralie helps people find their place in the church family by overseeing outreach, events, and opportunities to serve. She also leads Women’s Ministry and Kids’ Ministry, creating spaces where people of all ages can grow in faith and community.

Associate Pastor 

Returning to an Associate Pastor role here at Living Springs after six years in BC, Melissa will serve the church through pastoral care, Inner Healing Prayer ministry, and occasional teaching. She loves seeing people come more fully alive as they learn and experience more of who God is through Scripture and encounter with Jesus. Guilty pleasures include baking bread, reading, the arts and working in the garden, but loving her husband and four kids comes first!

Kielan has been on staff with us since the summer of 2021.In this role, Kielan helps keep the church running smoothly behind the scenes by managing communications, organizing details, and supporting the team with day-to-day administration. Her work ensures that information is clear and that ministries stay connected and effective.
